The AI Adoption Program is the core Sillewa engagement. It is the step where transformation moves from strategy to behavior. Your people learn AI on the tools you already use in a structured cohort, produce real results during the program, and walk out as internal champions who can carry the cultural shift through the rest of the org.

What if our team will not commit to four weeks?
Then it is not the right step yet, and we will tell you that. The cohort works because participants dedicate time to learning between the live sessions. This is not arbitrary extra work; they use their own day-to-day work as the example, so the time they invest produces results they keep. If leadership cannot protect that time for the pilot group, we recommend addressing that before starting the cohort, not during it.
What specific technical prerequisites do we need before Week 1?
Not much, and we handle the heavy lifting with you while we get you set up. Before Week 1 of the cohort, we want accounts provisioned for your participants, single sign-on configured if you use it, and connectors set up for the tools your team relies on (file storage, email, calendar, and any systems we agree are in scope). We also want an IT point of contact available during setup and your group of up to 10 participants identified and briefed. Everyone needs a current web browser, and for the Week 3 browser work, the ability to install the browser extension for the AI tool you are using. We send a short checklist at kickoff so nothing is a surprise.
Which AI tools does this work with?
We are not locked to one vendor. The program teaches the capabilities, not one vendor's buttons, so we work with whichever leading AI tool fits your stack. That includes ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity, plus the AI features now embedded in software you may already run, like GitHub Copilot. These tools are not identical (Perplexity, for example, is focused on answers and research rather than the agentic automation the others do), so part of getting set up is matching the right tool to the work you want to get done.
Does our data get used to train these AI models?
No. On the business and enterprise plans we help you set up, the major providers do not use your company's conversations, files, or data to train their models. Your data stays yours. As we get you set up, your IT team can review the specific data handling and retention settings for whichever tool you choose, and if you have specific compliance or security requirements, we work through them with your team before the cohort starts.
What happens after the four weeks?
Your champions are running day-to-day. Most companies bring us back for our AI Partnership to keep a senior voice in the room while the cohort's habits spread through the rest of the org. Some do not; the cohort is designed to be self-sustaining if you have the internal capacity to carry it.
Do we have to take the Guide or the Assessment first?
No. Some teams come straight to the Adoption Program because the readiness question is already settled. We will tell you in the intake conversation if we think you should do an Assessment first.
Who pays for the AI subscriptions?
Whichever tools you use, your company owns and pays for its own subscriptions directly. We never bill you for the tooling and we earn nothing on it, so our only incentive is picking what works best for you. If you want to talk through a specific tool or mix of tools, reach out anytime.
