How engagements actually work
Most engagements start as a 90-day fractional advisor partnership — weekly leadership conversations, a clear plan, and the strategic counsel you'd get from a full-time AI lead you don't yet need to hire. From there, we often embed alongside the team that needs to execute it. Sometimes that's facilitating a pilot for a quarter; sometimes that's sitting in your weekly ops review while a workflow gets redesigned. Whatever the work actually requires.
What we typically do
90-day diagnostic and plan
The starting place for most engagements. We assess where the company actually is, identify the two or three highest-leverage moves, and leave you with a plan you could execute without us.
Embedded operator for a quarter
When the plan needs hands. We sit alongside the team responsible for execution — facilitating pilots, redesigning workflows, training power users, and making sure the wins turn into patterns the org can repeat.
Ongoing fractional advisor
For leadership teams that want a senior thinking partner without hiring one full-time. Monthly leadership conversations, quarterly reviews, and a standing line for the questions that don't fit a project.
